Additional Services

Pre-Listing Inspection

A Pre-Listing Inspection gives sellers the opportunity to learn more about a home’s issues before putting it on the market. We find the damages in the home that they may not be aware of so that they can repair it before buyer’s start requesting inspections of their own. A Pre-Listing inspection can increase a seller’s negotiating power and makes the home more attractive to buyers.

Z

Re-Inspection

Once we have finished a Buyer’s Inspections and the repairs in the CRL™ have been made, many buyers find peace of mind by requesting a Re-Inspection. We will revisit the home and make sure that all agreed upon repairs were made accurately and completely, letting buyers and sellers know that they’re on the same page.

New Construction Inspection

A New Construction Inspection is completed when construction is done but before the final walkthrough takes place. We thoroughly inspect the home for any defects in construction, giving the builder the opportunity to repair these before the walkthrough and finalize the home.

Light Commercial Inspection

We offer Light Commercial Inspections for properties such as stripmalls and storefronts. These inspections help buyers of commercial properties understand the property’s condition and repair needs before purchasing.

Radon Testing

Radon is a radioactive gas that can become trapped in the home if it rises from the soil. Exposure to Radon causes lung cancer over time, so it is extremely important to have a home inspected by professionals because it cannot be seen, tasted, or smelled. Radon Testing is offered as a standalone service or can be bundled with an inspection.

Termite Inspection

Annual termite inspections are essential for early detection of termite activity on the property to prevent the potential for large scale damage and expensive repairs. Inspections also assess the conditions that make a property more susceptible to wood destroying organisms and minimize the risk of attack. Many homes in the U.S. are at risk from termite attack.

Mold Inspection

Mold in the home can cause various health complications, especially in those with pre-existing respiratory health issues or weakened immune systems. We offer Mold Testing so that you can be sure your home is safe and livable. During the testing, we collect samples from both the air and the home’s surfaces to measure the amount of mold spores present.

Tank Sweeps

Homes can have an underground oil tank on the property that has not been dealt with properly. This is a potential liability that can be costly to deal with, especially if the tank leaks. A Tank Sweep is highly recommended for all home buyers or anyone who wants to know what is on their property. We are certified to do a completely non-invasive sweep for these tanks.

Sewer Scopes

Getting the property’s sewer line inspected is a great way to avoid costly headaches in the future. With this service, we’ll conduct a sewer scope inspection to look for blockages, pipe separation, tree roots, and other issues that may require a sewer line repair or replacement.

Pool Inspection

It is very important for your family’s health and safety to be sure your pool is in top condition. Our expertise in utility systems is especially beneficial for our Pool Inspections, which cover circulation, heating and filtering systems, and more. Electrical components are also inspected and safety features are checked. Get the most enjoyment out of your pool by making sure it is clean, safe, and operating properly.
